Summer Rambles

I am so glad to finish these socks!  My first project after learning continental knitting, my guage is different on each sock, one is tighter than the other.  I asked Greg to take the pictures.  I think his hands still shake a little- the grave's disease still effects him in many ways.  This picture was the clearest.  I did my best at matching the socks, it was a little tricky.  I like this yarn quite a bit, I plan to try magic loop next time.  Maybe there will be no laddering in the sock.

I have not had time to blog this summer.  I am outside in the garden, hiking, riding my bike and enjoying life everyday.  Oh how I love summer!

We Have a Little Garden
by Beatrix Potter

We have a little garden,
A garden of our own,
And every day we water there
The seeds that we have sown.

We love our little garden,
And tend it with such care,
You will not find a faded leaf
Or blighted blossom there.
